Recognizing that the future
of our
conservation efforts begins
with the
education and recruitment of
our
youth, the Alamo Chapter NWTF,
in partnership with the
Texas Youth Hunting Program
of the Texas Wildlife Association,
held it's first spring turkey
hunt
in 1999 for five youth ages
11 to 17.
We've held at least one hunt
each year
since then.
